Five days for women only across Oman: hiking, via ferrata and zip line on Jabal Akhdar, a night of open-air camping, and a heritage tour of Al Hamra, Nizwa and Bidiyah with a professional tour guide

Trip Details

1. Day 1 · Tuesday 24 November · Arrival in Muscat

   You arrive at Muscat International Airport and take a taxi to the hotel. Rooms are booked under the company name and your name; check-in is from 2:00 pm if you arrive earlier. The trip starts at 8:00 pm. Stay: Kiryad Hotel or similar.

2. Day 2 · Wednesday 25 November · Jabal Akhdar: hike, via ferrata and zip line

   Wake up at 6:00 am and enjoy a warm breakfast, then we head to Jabal Akhdar, leaving at 7:30 am (about a two-hour drive through scenic landscapes). On arrival the adventure begins in the Hajar mountains: a hike exploring the mountain’s nature and trails, then via ferrata and zip line for adventure lovers. Afterwards we take time to unwind and enjoy the calm of the mountains, before setting up camp and spending a different night outdoors with a BBQ under the mountain sky. Overnight: open-air camping on Jabal Akhdar. Meals: breakfast / light snacks / late lunch.

3. Day 3 · Thursday 26 November · Al Hamra and Nizwa

   tour Al Hamra, discovering its nature and Omani heritage, with horse riding and the area’s popular activities. Then we go to Nizwa for time to shop for local products and wander the souqs, before returning to the hotel. The day’s program ends between 5:00 and 7:00 pm. Lunch: local Omani meal (Ayoosh). Stay: Ihya Hotel or similar. Meals: breakfast / light snacks / late lunch.

4. Day 4 · Friday 27 November · Nizwa, Oman Across Ages Museum and Bidiyah

   Wake up at 5:00 am and enjoy the auction (mazad), then visit the Nizwa souq. Leave at 8:00 am after breakfast for the Oman Across Ages Museum, one of Oman’s tourist landmarks, to experience and learn about the history and culture of the Sultanate. Then lunch at a local restaurant (Ayoosh), followed by Bidiyah to watch the sunset. Overnight: camp in Bidiyah. Meals: breakfast / light snacks / late lunch.

5. Day 5 · Saturday 28 November · Return to Muscat

   Wake up at 7:00 am and enjoy a warm breakfast, then head to Muscat for lunch at the local Rozna restaurant, and afterwards to Muscat International Airport. The trip ends at 4:00 pm.

• Registration is open to women from all countries, aged 15 and above.

• Important: the route and schedule are subject to change due to weather and rain. The trip captain may change the program at any moment for everyone’s safety and comfort.

Cancellation Policy

• In case of booking cancellation, the refund and cancellation terms set out below apply.
• A deposit of OMR 150 is paid to confirm the booking and is non-refundable.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via Earth Adventure’s WhatsApp, and a cancellation is only valid once confirmed by the company.
• If you cancel 30 days or more before the trip date, Earth Adventure refunds 50% of the amount paid, excluding the deposit.
• If you cancel 29 days or less before the trip date, Earth Adventure retains 100% of the amount paid as a cancellation fee. Alternatively, the customer may provide a replacement person to take their place, subject to the company’s approval and the necessary requirements being met.
• If you do not arrive at the meeting point or departure location on time, Earth Adventure retains 100% of the amount paid, and the customer is not entitled to claim any refund.
• No refund is given for any unused service once the trip or tour has started.
• Failure to pay instalments according to the agreed payment schedule may result in cancellation of the booking, with Earth Adventure retaining the non-refundable amounts in accordance with the approved cancellation terms.

Earth Adventure’s cancellation and refund policy is subject to applicable laws and regulations and relevant consumer protection requirements.
